2026/2027 Kindergarten Students
Save these dates! Families with students who will be eligible for Kindergarten next year at Catawba:
Monday, March 16th - Kindergarten Orientation at 9:00 OR 2:00. Come meet the Kindergarten team, ask questions and learn more about the enrollment process and required paperwork for registration. Links will be shared to submit student information and sign up for a DIAL screening on May 5th.
Tuesday, May 5th - DIAL screenings (made by appointment only). 30 minute appointments from 9:00 - 5:00, families will be able to sign up for an appointment during orientation or after when the link is shared online.
These are one on one appointments with a Kindergarten teacher or trained screener to assess a student's academic progress - tests motor skills, conceptual skills, motor skills, and problem solving ability.
